A recent earth light image from the International Space Station (ISS)  shows that North Korea is almost completely dark compared to neighboring South Korea and China. It shows utter lack of development in North Korea compared to South Korea.

I found that technical facts are related to qualities of life in country. Therefore, North Korea should construct power plants to solve lack of electricity.
